Jeeva's Mugamoodi is Mask in Telugu

Tamil actor Jiiva has ended the shooting of his upcoming film Mugamoodi (Mask in Telugu). We have spent non-stop for the last few months, the whole shooting of the film originates to an end and also the post-production works have already started.

Recently, the system came back to India from Switzerland in which the unit shot important scenes and songs around the lead cast. Jiiva tweeted on his micro blogging page: "Mugamoodi shooting concludes. Had a super time, unforgettable moments. Because of the team and now I'll miss my superhero suit (sic)"

The film, that is directed by Mysskin, may have Jiva in the role of superhero. The film is about a man who cannot tolerate injustice and corruption and therefore turns into a vigilante to fight against it for any better society.

Mugamoodi (Mask) is tipped as South India's first superhero film Mask and apparently Jiva were built with a tough time shooting for that film wearing a unique suit which weighed a lot more than 12 kgs.

The film is made by UTV Motion Pictures in Tamil and Mega Super Good Films in Telugu. Krishna Kumar has composed the background music, while Pooja Hegde plays Jiiva's love interest.

Mysskin is among the respected and new-gen directors in Tollywood. He's made a mark together with his movies like 'Anjathey' and 'Chithiram Pesuthadi'.

He's now working on 'Mugamoodi', a superhero movie with Jeeva within the lead.The first look and theatrical trailer were released in a function in Chennai on Friday.

It had been a well-attended function which saw the key lights of the industry including leading directors and producers.

Wrapping up, Mysskin believed to make a movie like 'Mugamoodi' was his childhood dream and that he was happy to did it.The movie stars Jiiva and Pooja Hedge within the lead with Naren and Nasser playing important parts.

Actor Suriya was available to launch the trailer and first lookSpeaking in the function, Mysskin recounted the difficulties he endured while making the film and praised the actors including Jiiva and Naren for investing in their heart and soul in to the project.

He was particularly in awe of Jiiva's professionalism, reliability , having to wear huge outfif, made light of all of the issues. Also, Naren, who dons an adverse role, did an admirable job, he said.
